AI Marketing & Content Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Communication Consultant to help develop and implement AI-supported, segment-focused marketing content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing content and identify opportunities for AI-supported content creation.
• Develop AI workflows, prompts, templates, and processes for targeted marketing content.
• Adapt content to different customer segments, industries, and personas.
• Ensure quality, brand consistency, tone of voice, fact-checking, and human review.
• Develop a proof of concept for AI-assisted content creation and repurposing.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and market trends to improve audience engagement.
• Create communication guidelines and governance for AI-generated content.
• Organize hands-on workshops and inspire internal marketing and business teams.
• Provide recommendations for scaling AI-supported content practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Communication Consultant.
• Proven experience with Generative AI for marketing and communications.
• Experience designing AI workflows for content strategy and creation.
• Strong copywriting experience in corporate, marketing, or product content.
• Knowledge of content marketing, digital communication, and social media.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI-assisted content creation.
• Strong understanding of content governance, brand consistency, and quality control.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, customer-focused communication.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Native-level Dutch (CEFR C2).

Location: Belgium, hybrid/remote possible
Duration: September–December 2026, with possible extension
