Confirmed Product Owner – Traffic & ANPR

We are looking for a Confirmed Product Owner to manage traffic-related products and initiatives within an ANPR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, requirements, standards and product roadmaps.
• Manage tasks, dependencies, risks, priorities and timelines.
• Monitor product initiatives and ensure successful transition to operational management.
• Report progress, issues, risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Maintain quality management plans and ensure compliance with required standards.
• Manage relationships with internal users, public-sector stakeholders and external partners.
• Support communication and change management activities.
• Maintain structured documentation, decision logs and knowledge repositories.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams.
• Participate in field activities when required to understand operational needs.

Required Profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT projects, preferably in the public sector.
• Confirmed experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and organisational abilities.
• Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with operational/production environments is an advantage.

• Other national language: Strong passive knowledge
• English: Active knowledge

Location: Brussels
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, minimum 2 days/week onsite
Duration: Until end of 2026, extendable
