Customer Success Manager (Junior)

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to help customers get the most value from a SaaS mobility platform. You'll build strong client relationships, provide proactive support, resolve issues, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing, innovative environment focused on sustainable mobility.

Key Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Commercial awareness and ability to identify upsell opportunities
  • Comfortable working with SaaS products and digital tools
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)

Location: Brussels (Hybrid – 2 remote days per week)
