Job Title: UX Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, conduct research, and design high-quality interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing.
• Analyze user needs and translate them into effective UX solutions.
• Design low- and high-fidelity prototypes using a mobile-first approach.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to ensure user requirements are met.
• Maintain and evolve the organization's design system.
• Ensure designs comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams throughout the design process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio (mandatory).
• Proficiency with Figma, Axure, Conceptboard, and Mentimeter.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
• Experience in user research, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Fluent in French and Dutch; English is an asset.
