About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join an innovative Agile development team focused on building and enhancing modern digital solutions within a microservices-based architecture.

You will play a key role in the development of strategic business applications, contributing across the full software development lifecycle while helping drive technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership and mentoring responsibilities.

Working within a multidisciplinary Agile team, you will collaborate closely with analysts, developers, QA specialists, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications within a microservices architecture.
• Build high-quality, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
• Participate in coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
• Contribute to automation, quality assurance, and continuous integration practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Take an active role in technical discussions and architectural decisions.
• Mentor and coach fellow developers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• Extensive experience as a Full Stack Developer in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining applications within microservices architectures.
• Strong hands-on experience in coding, testing, debugging, and software troubleshooting.
• Experience leading development initiatives and coaching developers.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and design principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with the ability to take a leading role.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent Dutch language skills (CEFR C2 level).

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in complex enterprise application landscapes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with automated testing and quality assurance methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-native application development.
• Experience contributing to software architecture and technical design decisions.
