Strategic Demand Analyst / Digital Transformation Consultant

We are looking for a Strategic Demand Analyst to support a large-scale digital transformation programme by analysing, structuring, and prioritising IT initiatives. You will work closely with business, IT, architecture, procurement, finance, and PMO teams to evaluate business needs, develop business cases, assess feasibility, and prepare governance decision packages. Your role will help ensure IT investments align with strategic objectives, budgets, regulatory requirements, and organisational capacity.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, and Digital Transformation
• Strong knowledge of IT Project Management, Business Architecture, Process Optimisation, and Financial Analysis
• Experience developing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and portfolio prioritisation
• Understanding of IT governance, public sector procurement, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIS2)
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with Agile, Power BI, and process automation is highly desirable
• Native French or Dutch, with intermediate proficiency in the other national language and good English

Location: Brussels (Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite per week)
Contract: Full-time until the end of 2026, with the possibility of extension.
