Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to a major city in Poland.

Role Overview:
Our client seeks a dedicated and hands-on Interim Head of People to lead their HR team during this transformative period. This is not just a managerial role; it requires a true practitioner who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the work. The current team is small and needs a leader to guide and work alongside them. The Interim Head of People will play a crucial role in managing the acquisition process on the client's side.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the acquiring company to implement and refine HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Providing expert advice and support to managers and C-level executives.
- Ensuring compliance with legal standards and managing employee relations.
- Managing the companys internal communications.
- Fostering a positive work environment, onboarding, and retention.
- Managing the integration process related to the acquisition.
- Cooperating with other internal departments (e.g., Delivery, Recruitment, Legal, Finance, IT)
Qualifications:
- Must have Experience in managing acquisition or integration processes
- Experience in managing acquisitions with a USA company - will be a plus
- Experience in Change Management
- Experience in working in an IT outsourcing company
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the IT industry (HRBP, HR Lead, HoP, or similar).
- Extensive knowledge of HR processes and Legal requirements, RODO
- Proven experience working with or advising managers or C-level executives.
- English - min C1, Polish - nice to have
