Job Description:
We are seeking a proficient SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant with 5-7 years of experience in SAP,
including expertise in S4 HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of
plant maintenance processes and the ability to optimize them using SAP PM modules.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and participate in SAP PM implementation projects, focusing on S4 HANA migration and optimization
of plant maintenance processes.
2. Configure and customize SAP PM modules to meet specific business requirements, including maintenance
planning, work order management, and equipment management.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions within
the SAP PM framework.
4. Provide expertise in S4 HANA implementation, ensuring smooth migration and alignment with
organizational objectives.
5. Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support for SAP PM functionalities.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as
MM, SD, PP, and QM.
7. Stay updated with SAP best practices, new features, and industry trends related to plant maintenance
processes. Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Strong expertise in configuring and customizing SAP PM functionalities, including maintenance planning,
notifications, and work order management.
3. Excellent understanding of plant maintenance processes and industry best practices.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
