*Job Description*:

We are seeking an experienced *SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant* to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules and a deep understanding of HR processes. You will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and support of Employee Central solutions, working closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery.

*Key Responsibilities*:

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.

- Provide end-to-end solution delivery, from requirement gathering to go-live support.

- Collaborate with HR teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

- Customize workflows, manage data integration, and optimize the Employee Central system.

- Provide technical and functional expertise on Employee Central processes, including employee data management, payroll, time management, and organizational structures.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards within Saudi Arabia.

- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support users and HR teams.

- Offer post-go-live support and resolve any system-related issues.

- Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance of implemented solutions.

- Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and trends.

*Requirements*:

- Minimum 9 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation.

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

- Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, particularly in employee data management, organizational structure, and time management.

- Knowledge of integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is preferred.

- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is an advantage.

- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
