Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding Consultant with expertise in KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) localization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules, with a specific focus on the KSA region. The candidate must be available to join immediately and be skilled in delivering tailored solutions that meet regional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules with a focus on KSA localization.
  • Ensure compliance with KSA labor laws and regulations related to recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Work with HR and business teams to gather requirements and provide customized solutions that streamline the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and integration of the Recruiting and Onboarding modules with other SAP SuccessFactors components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with KSA employment regulations and SuccessFactors product updates to maintain compliance and system efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of total experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Mandatory experience in KSA-specific recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, compliance regulations, and local HR practices.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with hands-on expertise in troubleshooting system issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruiting and/or Onboarding is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with KSA-based clients or within the KSA region.
  • Familiarity with other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central.
  • Knowledge of global best practices in recruiting and onboarding processes.
