Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS (EBS) and/or Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), specifically in implementation, configuration, and support of HR applications.
  • Oracle HR Modules:

    • Strong knowledge of key Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Talent Management, Learning Management, Absence Management, and Compensation Management.
    • Expertise in HR business processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation planning.
    • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM and its advanced features like Talent Review, Oracle Social Sourcing, and AI-based Recruiting.

Oracle HRMS / Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation & Configuration:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HRMS (E-Business Suite) or Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Conduct detailed business requirement analysis, collaborating with HR teams to understand their processes and tailor Oracle HR solutions to meet those needs.
  • Configure HR modules to support business processes, aligning them with best practices while ensuring system optimization.
  • Implement role-based security, workflow configurations, and approval hierarchies to ensure compliance and seamless processes.
