Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong emphasis on the Controlling (CO) and Treasury module to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our SAP FICO solutions to meet the financial and controlling needs of our organization. This role requires deep expertise in SAP CO and the ability to work closely with various stakeholders to drive business improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP CO Implementation: Lead and manage the implementation of SAP Controlling (CO) module, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze and map business processes related to controlling functions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure SAP CO modules to align with business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and systems.
• System Upgrades and Enhancements: Plan and execute system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality implementations within the SAP CO module.
• Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and key stakeholders on SAP CO functionalities. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation for SAP CO processes, configurations, and user guides.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP) and business units to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.
• Project Management: Manage SAP CO projects, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. SAP certification in CO module is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO with a focus on CO module.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP CO module, including CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA.
  • Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
