Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Consultant to join our
team. As a Senior Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, technical
expertise, and hands-on support to our clients in their cloud adoption journey. You will work closely with
cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions tailored to meet our clients'
business needs and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, technical requirements, and cloud adoption objectives.
Assess current IT infrastructure and application landscape to identify opportunities for cloud migration, optimization, and modernization.
Develop comprehensive cloud strategies and roadmaps aligned with clients' business objectives, considering factors such as scalability, security, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance.
Design robust cloud architectures, including compute, storage, networking, and security components, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
Lead and oversee cloud migration projects, ensuring smooth transition of workloads from onpremises environments to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, including architects, engineers, and developers, throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct cloud readiness assessments, risk assessments, and performance optimization reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement cloud governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies, trends, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with internal teams and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a cloud consultant, cloud architect, or similar role, with a focus on designing and implementing cloud solutions.
In-depth knowledge of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and services (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including proficiency in cloud-native services and tools.
Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) preferred.
