Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management Consultant with a minimum of 9 years of total experience and mandatory experience in KSA Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and will possess a strong background in compensation management within the SAP SuccessFactors environment, with specific expertise in KSA localization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management solutions, with a focus on KSA localization.
  • Ensure compliance with KSA compensation regulations, labor laws, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to develop and enhance compensation programs and strategies tailored to business needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation planning, salary structures, bonus programs, and equity compensation.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to support compensation decisions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compensation processes, system integration, and data management.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the compensation management system.
  • Stay updated with changes in KSA compensation regulations and industry trends to maintain compliance and competitiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management implementation and support.
  • Mandatory experience with KSA compensation practices and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, compensation regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with compensation management configurations, integration with other SAP modules, and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Immediate availability to start.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central or Performance & Goals.
  • Previous experience working with KSA-based clients or within the KSA region.
  • Strong understanding of global compensation practices and localization for other regions.
