**Role Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects in a supportive and collaborative environment, with the potential for long-term growth within our organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as a Certified SuccessFactors Consultant in Employee Central (EC), Time Off, and Time Tracking modules, with a conceptual understanding of integration with other SF modules.
- Conduct business requirement workshops and perform Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase solution capabilities.
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules, including data models, business rules, workflow configuration, MDF objects, UI configuration, alerts & notifications, and HRIS sync mapping.
- Implement Time Off configuration, including leave of absence config, accrual rules, PEP rules, and time sheet understanding.
- Knowledge of Integration center Canvas reporting is a plus.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central module within client organizations.
- Conduct workshops and provide front-end support to customers during implementation projects.
- Prepare process documentation, user manuals, and test cases for application testing.
- Perform data migration and data cleansing activities as part of implementation projects.
- Coordinate and communicate directly with clients/business users to understand requirements and provide support according to SLAs for L1, L2, and L3 support.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 9 to 12 years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with expertise in Employee Central and Time Off modules.
- Certification in SuccessFactors EC is required.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors data models, business rules, and workflow configurations.
- Experience conducting business requirement workshops and performing Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead end-to-end implementation projects and provide front-end support to customers.
- Knowledge of integration between ONB 2.0 and EC is preferred.
- Experience in data migration and data cleansing activities.
