Oracle Procurement Implementation & Configuration:

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Procurement modules, including Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts, and Self-Service Procurement.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, map business processes, and design solutions in Oracle Procurement to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Configure procurement modules based on business requirements, ensuring system optimization for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, suppliers, and invoice management.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to define system requirements, processes, and reporting needs, ensuring the solution aligns with industry best practices.

Training & Knowledge Transfer:

  • Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and key stakeholders on Oracle Procurement modules, ensuring they understand how to use the system effectively for procurement tasks.
  • Provide hands-on training to procurement teams on self-service procurement, supplier management, and contract management features.
  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions to ensure clients can manage and maintain Oracle Procurement independently after project completion.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Procurement modules (Oracle Procurement Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite), including Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Procurement Contracts.
  • Core Procurement Modules: Expertise in procurement processes such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management, procurement contracts, inventory management, and invoice processing.
