IT Support Engineer (2 Positions) - Dubai (Immediate Joiners)

ITHR 360 is seeking two talented and experienced IT Support Engineers to join our growing team in Dubai!

About the Role

As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal staff, troubleshooting IT issues, and implementing solutions to maintain system efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of IT problems related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions to protect against malware and cyber threats.
• Configure and manage firewalls to ensure network security and access control.
• Support the deployment and configuration of Office 365 applications (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures.
• Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies.

Technical Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11).
• In-depth knowledge of Office 365 administration and support.
• Experience with endpoint security solutions (e.g., Endpoint Detection and Response - EDR).
• Familiarity with firewall configuration and network security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
