Job Title: Odoo Consultant Techno Functional

Key Requirement: Implementation Experience is a MUST

Role Overview:

A Techno-Functional Odoo Consultant is responsible for end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP systems. This includes requirement gathering, system configuration, customization, deployment, user training, and post-go-live support. The "techno-functional" aspect implies strong knowledge in both business processes and technical aspects like module development and integration.

Minimum 4+ years of implementation experience

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead or support full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations across modules like Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, HR, etc.

• Gather client requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Configure and customize Odoo modules as per business needs.

• Develop or supervise development of custom modules (Python, XML, JavaScript).

• Perform system testing, data migration, and integrations.

• Provide user training and ongoing support.

• Coordinate with technical teams for complex customizations.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with Odoo ERP implementations (at least 23 full-cycle).

• Good understanding of business processes (finance, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.).

• Strong hands-on with Odoo modules and workflows.

• Technical proficiency in Python, XML, QWeb, PostgreSQL is a plus.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred:

• Odoo Certification.

• Familiarity with Odoo.sh or on-premise deployment.

• Experience with APIs, third-party integrations.
