Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the SAP ecosystem and related technology markets.
  • Drive revenue growth by building strong customer relationships and offering tailored solutions.

2. Account and Partner Management:

  • Work closely with SAP account managers and partners to align business objectives and maximize collaboration opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the SAP ecosystem.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and effective communication.

3. Sales and Pipeline Management:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, regularly updating progress and forecasts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, SAP product offerings, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to refine business strategies and offerings.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT/technology sector.
  • Proven experience working with SAP account managers and a solid understanding of the SAP ecosystem.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Experience in selling enterprise technology solutions.
