Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Services Consultant to join our SAP delivery team for a long-term engagement across the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly within Service Management and Sales (SD), along with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.

This role requires a consultant who is both functionally strong and technically capable, with proven experience in eCommerce integrations, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects, including:

    • Solution design

    • System configuration

    • Testing and deployment

    • Go-live and hypercare support

  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice, scalable solutions aligned with business needs.

  • Act as the primary functional expert, especially in:

    • Service Management (CS/SM/PM)

    • Sales & Distribution (SD)

  • Engage with business stakeholders to:

    • Understand customer-specific requirements

    • Translate business needs into technical specifications

    • Drive alignment between business and IT teams

  • Support eCommerce integrations, particularly:

    • Integration between SAP backend systems and frontend/web applications

    • Customer ordering and digital sales processes

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams (ABAP, Integration, Basis) for seamless delivery.

  • Facilitate:

    • Client workshops

    • User training sessions

    • Change management initiatives

  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

  • Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA roadmap, innovations, and industry trends.

  • Mentor and guide junior consultants within the SAP practice.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, including at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation

  • Strong expertise in:

    • Service Management (CS/SM/PM)

    • Sales & Distribution (SD)

  • Solid understanding of:

    • SAP S/4HANA architecture

    • Fiori applications

    • Integration with SAP and non-SAP systems

  • Proven ability to:

    • Translate business requirements into system solutions

    • Drive functional and technical discussions with stakeholders

  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery models

  • Excellent:

    • Communication skills

    • Stakeholder management

    • Client-facing experience

  • SAP Certification in S/4HANA or relevant modules (preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP Cloud solutions (BTP, RAPM, PROAXIA, etc.)

  • Knowledge of integration technologies (CPI, PI/PO, APIs)

  • Hands-on exposure to Fiori and analytics tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
