Telesales Consultant

Purpose of the position: 

Making Calls to current client base 

Upselling various services 

Dealing with Queries 

Keeping the database up to date 

Working with the team to achieve weekly and monthly goals 

Liaising with Team Leaders to resolve queries 

Good telephone skills are required to fulfill this position 

Previous experience in a customer service environment would be advantageous

Insurance Experience would be advantageous
