About the job CSI Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the companys Socio-Economic Development and Corporate Social Investment interventions across the country.
  • Provide strategic leadership and necessary support to the team.
  • Budget management and control.
  • Develop, coordinate and implement business planning processes.
  • Performance management, monitoring and evaluation of team.
  • Create sustainable projects and provide business support to ensure long term benefit.
  • Ensure that all planned SED & CSI projects are executed timeously.
  • Ensure that identified interventions are actioned and report back on progress.
  • Ensure all contributions are transparent and traceable.
  • Beneficiary engagement.
  • Management of team to ensure that operational needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for statutory reporting.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders in internal departments and with key external stakeholders.
  • Monthly reporting on status quo.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Matric
  • Degree in related field
  • Valid drivers license
  • Diploma or Certification in Project Management
  • Proficient in MS Office, Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good understanding and experience with B-BBEE Codes, Legislation and practice's
  • Proven experience in sustainable development
  • Proven experience in CSI Initiatives
  • Proven experience in dealing with beneficiaries and benefactors
  • 2 - 3 years experience in people management and team leadership
