About the job CSI Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
- Direct and manage the companys Socio-Economic Development and Corporate Social Investment interventions across the country.
- Provide strategic leadership and necessary support to the team.
- Budget management and control.
- Develop, coordinate and implement business planning processes.
- Performance management, monitoring and evaluation of team.
- Create sustainable projects and provide business support to ensure long term benefit.
- Ensure that all planned SED & CSI projects are executed timeously.
- Ensure that identified interventions are actioned and report back on progress.
- Ensure all contributions are transparent and traceable.
- Beneficiary engagement.
- Management of team to ensure that operational needs are met in a timely manner.
- Responsible for statutory reporting.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders in internal departments and with key external stakeholders.
- Monthly reporting on status quo.
Qualifications and experience:
- Matric
- Degree in related field
- Valid drivers license
- Diploma or Certification in Project Management
- Proficient in MS Office, Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint
- Good understanding and experience with B-BBEE Codes, Legislation and practice's
- Proven experience in sustainable development
- Proven experience in CSI Initiatives
- Proven experience in dealing with beneficiaries and benefactors
- 2 - 3 years experience in people management and team leadership
