About the job Operations Manager
Job Content Description:
- Plans, organizes, directs and controls the Company's area of operations;
- Continuously monitors operations through reports;
- Keeps Management informed of the daily progress of operations;
- Supervises the maintenance, acquisition and logistics departments in order to ensure the regular functioning of the operations under its coordination;
- Maintains a close relationship, with the support of other subordinates, with all the personnel, ensuring that the performance of workers is being properly monitored and corrected, if and when necessary;
- Assists the General Manager in evaluating staff for promotion or change purposes;
- Keeps informed about legislation and regulations that affect the
- operations;
- Ensures the review of the monthly financial report and explanation of differences to the
- operations under its coordination;
- Ensures monthly operations and cost reports.
Required requirements:
- Must have high school completion and Bachelor's degree in Commercial or Business Management;
- Must have a good level of Portuguese and English, spoken and written;
- Must have leadership and leadership skills;
- Must have problem-solving skills;
- Must have good relationship skills;
- Must have a vision() and orientation for the development of the business;
- Must have mastery of computers from the user's point of view;
- Must be focused on customer satisfaction;
- Must have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the position;
- Must comply with Hygiene, Safety and Environment rules and regulations at work in force at the Company.
