About the job Sales Administrator
Internal sales
Assist clients either walk in or over the phone
Create sales orders
Get payment and ensure the stock is allocated
Correspond with clients for collection or delivery
Manage and report activity of sales reps
Manage reports on current sales
Assist sales reps with quotations, invoicing, reports and queries
Responding to emails and escalations
General administrative tasks
Skills Required:
Good Excel skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent Telephone manner
Own vehicle essential
Good knowledge of MS Office suit
