About the job Head of Digital Marketing
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Manage the strategy
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align communication strategies and tactics.
- Develop, lead and manage the digital marketing team
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts
- Measure and manage online content
- Analyse SEO, Google Analytics and social media analytics to provide data enriched recommendations to drive brand strategies and maximise ROI
- Develop attribution models to support future campaign decisions
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
Education and Experience
- BCom, Marketing or Informatics degree will be advantageous
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Head of Digital Marketing
- 5 - 8 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and social media analytics tools and resources
- Agency | Medical | Pharmaceutical knowledge and experience is highly advantageous.
Skills and Competencies
- In depth knowledge of SEM and social media digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Basic knowledge of web design procedures
