Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Manage the strategy
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align communication strategies and tactics.
  • Develop, lead and manage the digital marketing team
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
  • Measure ROI and KPIs
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
  • Oversee all the company's social media accounts
  • Measure and manage online content
  • Analyse SEO, Google Analytics and social media analytics to provide data enriched recommendations to drive brand strategies and maximise ROI
  • Develop attribution models to support future campaign decisions
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement

Education and Experience

  • BCom, Marketing or Informatics degree will be advantageous
  • 3 - 5  years of experience as a Head of Digital Marketing
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and social media analytics tools and resources
  • Agency | Medical | Pharmaceutical knowledge and experience is highly advantageous.

Skills and Competencies

  • In depth knowledge of SEM and social media digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Basic knowledge of web design procedures
