About the job Transfer Administrator
Key purpose:
To ensure the successful transfer of all Share Block weeks.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Liaise and follow up with owners to ensure that all required documentation is completed
successfully. - Take ownership of queries to ensure the timeous and accurate transfers.
- Liaising with other Departments.
- Accurate and timeous reporting.
- General office administration.
Qualifications and experience:
- Matric
- 3 - 5 years Administration experience
- Sound knowledge of Excel
- MS Office and Electronic Mail
- Excellent communication and administrative skills (verbal and written)
- Must be able to prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Organised, accurate, and able to multitask
- Dependable
- Show initiative
- Attention to detail
