Duties and responsibilities:
- Generating sales leads and closing deals with customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Providing expert advice and support to customers regarding telecommunications products and services
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
- Continuously developing knowledge of the telecommunications industry and our clients' products and services

Qualifications and experience:
- Matric
- Minimum of 2 years of Outbound Sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications, insurance or financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work on a shift pattern
