Key purpose:

To ensure that the insurance requirements of prospective and/or existing insurance clients are identified and met, and to keep the company's brand promise of meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Claims administration
  • Claims negotiation
  • Client management
  • Objection and complaints handling.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Matric pass (50%+)
  • Computer literacy
  • Mathematical literacy
  • FAIS Compliant
  • RE 5 Certificate
  • Class of Business Training
  • NQF 4 Qualification in Short-Term Insurance
  • Any qualification recognised by the FSCA
