Duties and responsibilities:

  • Generating sales leads and closing deals with customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
  • Providing expert advice and support to customers regarding telecommunications products and services
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Continuously developing knowledge of the telecommunications industry and our clients' products and services

Qualifications and experience:

  • Matric
  • Minimum of 2 years of Outbound Sales, preferably in the telecommunications, insurance or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work on a shift pattern
