About the job Paid Media Manager

Purpose:

The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our paid digital activities which include social and paid search (including GDN & YouTube). The ideal candidate will be required to create the paid media strategy, implement and optimise the campaigns and deliver on overall business KPIs.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan and implement our paid social and PPC strategies
  • Build and implement campaigns across paid digital channels.
  • Optimise paid efforts in order to increase performance and decrease cost.
  • Identify and implement paid media KPIs
  • Prepare and present reports regularly
  • Manage and build our audience strategy across channels.
  • Work with other relevant market departments to deliver on overall business goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest paid media and digital marketing trends.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimise new product roll-outs to help drive our innovation strategies.
  • Competitor analysis across channels to better understand where potential opportunities lie.
  • Developing of case studies that help drive the business forward.

Qualifications and experience:

  • BCom/BA Marketing Preferrable
  • 5 years experience as a paid media specialist
    Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven success in delivering paid search and social campaigns.
  • Google Ads Certified & Facebook blueprint certification preferred.
  • Good background in performance marketing measuring tangible outcomes.
  • History of building, implementing, optimising and reporting on campaigns.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
