About the job Paid Media Manager
Purpose:
The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our paid digital activities which include social and paid search (including GDN & YouTube). The ideal candidate will be required to create the paid media strategy, implement and optimise the campaigns and deliver on overall business KPIs.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop, plan and implement our paid social and PPC strategies
- Build and implement campaigns across paid digital channels.
- Optimise paid efforts in order to increase performance and decrease cost.
- Identify and implement paid media KPIs
- Prepare and present reports regularly
- Manage and build our audience strategy across channels.
- Work with other relevant market departments to deliver on overall business goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest paid media and digital marketing trends.
- Continuously evaluate and optimise new product roll-outs to help drive our innovation strategies.
- Competitor analysis across channels to better understand where potential opportunities lie.
- Developing of case studies that help drive the business forward.
Qualifications and experience:
- BCom/BA Marketing Preferrable
- 5 years experience as a paid media specialist
- Proven success in delivering paid search and social campaigns.
- Google Ads Certified & Facebook blueprint certification preferred.
- Good background in performance marketing measuring tangible outcomes.
- History of building, implementing, optimising and reporting on campaigns.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
