Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assigning tasks, reviewing work and performance management of direct reports.
  • Coordinate with professional team and architecture for design and plan
  • Assisting in determining project deliverables
  • Assist stakeholders in adhering to project deadlines and task allocations
  • Evaluate and asses the quality of the project deliverables throughout the project phase
  • Plan and implement Projects, including defining tasks and timelines, and allocating required resources
  • Manage the full process control function nationally for all entities
  • Execution of project plan to bring about customer satisfaction
  • Provide timeous progress reports
  • Understand the mandate or purpose of the project and communicate this to project team
  • Follow up on tasks on a daily basis with communications to all parties involved
  • Provide the team with customer service feedback on projects
  • Analyze and measure the number of grievances escalated on projects
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Adhere to stakeholder project requirements
  • Give support to project resources
  • Assist in the development of Project Briefs
  • Help in compilation of progress reports
  • Compile statistics reports and summarize for leadership
  • Keep project records

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A matric certificate (Grade 12)
  • Degree Required (Bachelors of Commerce or similar)
  • Certificate in Project Management (Preferrable)
  • 1 3 years of connectivity project administration experience
  • 2-3 years experience in a systems/ analytical environment
  • Experience in MS Project or similar
  • Planning & Task Prioritizing
  • Process management
  • Multi-tasking (to a new level)
  • Administration skills
  • Computer literacy - MS 365
  • Project Management Tool (Trello Advantage)
  • Strong Communication skills (verbal & written)
