  • Overall responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project for new business.
  • Management of work streams / teams responsible for deliverables
  • Ensuring teams deliverables are completed on time and meets the success criteria. Cost / benefit analysis, Interaction with capacity planning team regarding the creation of more productive seats / revenue i.e better utilization of physical seats / area
  • Client relations and management
  • Risk Reporting and mitigation
  • Dealing with small to large scale projects. Defining clear project objectives
