About the role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Kadar, your role would be essential in leading initial stages of the sales cycle and laying the groundwork for successful client acquisition. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate communication and build professional relationships with prospects, ultimately generating new business for the company.
What you’ll do
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns, cold calling)
- Initiate contact with prospects to understand their needs and qualify their interest
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information about leads, prospects, and interactions
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales team
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business, social science or in a technical field
- You have minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in IT industry
- You are active on Linkedin and have a great profile
- You understand the sales process and tools. We use tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Apollo etc.
- You are a true networker. You have a strong ability to build relationships and engage with potential clients driving business growth and client satisfaction.
- You are a great communicator. You have the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner and actively listen to your team members and detect clients needs.
- You have a keen eye for detail when it comes to documentation. Whether it’s gathering client info in a CRM, summarizing key points from meetings or creating presentations and reports, you know how to convey information in a way that is concise, informative and engaging.
- Full working proficiency in English
- Proficiency in a second foreign language is considered a plus
