Role Overview

We are seeking a certified and experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with expertise in Azure Data. The ideal candidate will train enterprise teams on cloud-based analytics, data engineering, and AI solutions through customized, project-based learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver official Microsoft training courses focused on Azure Data (e.g., DP-203, AI-102).

• Facilitate hands-on labs and project-based workshops for data engineers, analysts, and decision-makers.

• Customize training programs to support data modernization and cloud migration strategies.

• Provide certification preparation including mock exams and real-world scenarios.

• Offer post-training mentoring on performance, governance, and compliance.

• Align training delivery with enterprise data strategies and transformation goals.

Certification Preparation

The Azure Data trainer will guide learners through certification preparation for DP-203 and AI-102, with a focus on enterprise-grade analytics and AI:

• Pre-assessment diagnostics to identify learner strengths and gaps.

• Structured learning paths aligned with Microsoft certification blueprints.

• Project-based labs for building data pipelines, AI models, and dashboards.

• Practice exams and real-world scenarios to reinforce learning.

• Exam strategy sessions and post-training mentoring.

• DP-203: Focus on data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.

• AI-102: Emphasis on building and deploying AI solutions using Azure Cognitive Services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential with relevant Azure Data certifications.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI.

• Proven track record of delivering Microsoft training and consulting engagements.

• Strong understanding of Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, and machine learning tools.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.

• Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and technical levels.

• Willingness to travel for on-site training engagements.

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in DP-203, AI-102, or related Azure Data tracks.

• Experience with enterprise data governance, compliance, and performance optimization.

• Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Power BI.

• Ability to create multimedia and interactive training content.

• Experience in course development, examination, and assessment.
