What You Will Get Out of This Position
As a Strategy Consultant (Salesforce/CDP/CRM), you will play a pivotal role in establishing ITC as the leading agency for Salesforce solutions and other CRM projects in the luxury and retail market. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, Deeply understand CRM tools, and advise clients on engagement, personalization, and conversion strategies. You will manage the entire process from planning to completion of strategy and consulting projects
Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of WeCom-based clienteling strategies for luxury retail clients, ensuring alignment with omnichannel marketing, sales, and CRM initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute clienteling projects and digital transformation initiatives on time and at high quality.
- Coordinate the integration of WeCom with client CRM/clienteling tools (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy, reporting consistency, and seamless customer engagement across touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with end-to-end ownership, from requirement gathering to delivery and post-launch support.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, including brand managers and operational teams.
- Communicate complex strategies and technical concepts clearly to both internal teams and non-technical client audiences.
Requirements
Must to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in English.
- 1-2 years of experience in consulting, project management, or clienteling/CRM roles, preferably with exposure to luxury retail or WeCom-related projects.
- Familiarity with CRM/CDP concepts, especially Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving mindset: able to break down unfamiliar challenges, conduct proactive research, and take ownership of tasks without waiting for step-by-step guidance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
- French proficiency.
- Have Salesforce/SFOA certificate.
- Project experience in luxury retail, digital transformation, or WeCom ecosystem is highly desirable.
