Job summary

This position will play a key role in the Design team, managing partner relationships, and driving partner-related initiatives to support the growth of our organization.

You will guide clients in their digital transformation journeys including customer experiences online and offline, Marketing Automation, Social CRM, CDP, Analytics, Technology, CRM. Our services target Asia Pacific markets including China market specifically in some cases. You will have the chance to work with clients from Asian markets such as Singapore, and Hong Kong, as well as globally for Europe and the US.

The ideal candidate has a strong network in the Chinese business community, experience in pre-sales and consulting, and proficiency in CRM systems. They must be adaptable, tech-savvy, and skilled in communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales and Pitching (Approximately 40% of Time)
  • Manage pre-sales activities, working closely with the sales and technology teams to craft compelling pitches that highlight ITC's capabilities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of ITC's various projects and solutions, becoming proficient in both the technology and user engagement aspects.
  • Lead the charge in securing new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to win key accounts and drive the company's growth.

  • Consulting and Versatile Missions (Approximately 40% of Time)
  • Engage in consulting work, leading workshops and missions that address the specific needs of our clients.
  • Adapt to various roles and challenges, providing versatile support across different projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that exceed client expectations.

  • Design Department Management (Approximately 20% of Time)
  • Lead and manage the overall design department, which includes a team of three talented professionals.
  • Oversee the management of key clients, ensuring the highest standards of output and delivery.
  • Take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the design team, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the design team, driving continuous improvement and creative excellence.

Requirements

Must have:

Networking and Partnerships:

  • Strong network within the Chinese business community, particularly in IT consulting sectors.
  • Proven success in cultivating strategic partnerships, with deep expertise in WeCom, CRM, sCRM, MA, and clienteling strategies.

Pre-Sales and Consulting Expertise:

  • Proven experience in pre-sales activities, with the ability to craft compelling pitches using Keynote and secure new business opportunities.
  • Strong consulting background, including leading workshops and adapting to diverse roles across projects.
  • Experience managing and team leading, ensuring high-quality output and meeting financial targets.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams (sales, technology, and design) to deliver customized solutions.
  • Experience with Profit & Loss (P&L) management, particularly within a design or creative team.

Technical and Business Acumen:

  • Keen interest in technology and understanding of how it can enable business processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).

Communication and Adaptability:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with digital transformation and IT consulting services.
  • Strong understanding of the Chinese business landscape and procurement processes.
