What You Will Get Out of This Position

As a Strategy Consultant (Clienteling), you will play a pivotal role in establishing ITC as the leading agency for clienteling and WeCom solutions in the luxury retail market. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through the digital transformation of their clienteling practices by your deep understanding of luxury retail, extensive experience with WeCom, and a proven track record of success in developing and implementing clienteling strategies

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of clienteling strategies on WeCom, ensuring seamless integration with omnichannel marketing and sales efforts for luxury retail brands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Retail, CRM and IT etc.) to ensure the successful execution of clienteling initiatives and digital transformation projects.
  • Advise clients on best practices for WeCom clienteling, ensuring optimal use of the platforms capabilities to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
  • Oversee the integration of WeCom with Clienteling & CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and seamless customer engagement.
  • Manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction in line with luxury retail standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand executives and operational teams.
  • Effectively communicate complex clienteling strategies and technologies to diverse audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or certifications in digital transformation or strategy are a plus.
  • At least 5+ years of experience leading retail strategy and operations for luxury brands, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing clienteling programs that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing projects within luxury retail environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and convey complex information effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience using WeCom for luxury retail clienteling, with proven ability to leverage the platform for personalized experiences and business results.
  • Strong understanding of the Chinese luxury retail market, including customer behavior, trends, and online/offline engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, clienteling platform integration, and data analytics for measuring program effectiveness.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce consulting projects is a plus
