About the job Strategy & Consulting Assistant

Missions 

Digital Transformation & Strategy:  

  • Help our clients rethink the impact of digital on their business and accelerate their transformation efforts 
  • Support our Digital Experiences Manager to manage multiple clients digital transformation initiatives with ITC strategic services (Marketing Automation, Personalization, WeChat, WeCom Consultation) 

Customer Centricity & Personalization:  

  • Reinvent customer experience, leverage journey maps, capture data to deliver precision marketing  
  • Develop strategies for data capture, personalized welcome journeys, tagging, segmentation to help our clients build 360-degree customer profiles 

Data & Analytics:  

  • Utilise customer data and insights to develop a highly targeted experiences for customers across online and offline channels  
  • Work with analytics tools (Baidu Tongji, WeChat, Excel, BI / Tableau, etc..) to extract data and provide insights for monthly & quarter analytics reports 
  • Build comprehensive reports and present to the clients key insights and suggestions for optimization 

Project Management:  

  • Monitor day-to-day performance, project progression and reporting to ensure key milestones are reached 
  • Coordinate among internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication throughout the entire project execution process 
  • Create and manage clients WeChat Official Accounts & WeChat Work (WeCom) including registration, setup, implementation, content, follower, and post management 

Ad-hoc as required: 

  • Build strategy reports and proposals to pitch for clients and obtain buy-in for digital initiatives 
  • Help Presales team to deliver pre-sales pitches / workshop materials via Keynote or PPTX 
  • Stay up-to-date, explore and evaluate trends in China digital landscape 
  • Other ad-hoc as required by management 

Competencies 

As an A-Player, you will have: 

  • Native Chinese speaker, with excellent command of English (speaking, writing, listening, reading) to facilitate cross-border interactions and discussions 
  • Ability to translate complex technology process / concepts into meaningful solutions that address business needs 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. This role requires hands-on communication with the clients. 
  • Quick learner, adaptive to difficult digital concepts and workflows 
  • Strong attention to details / detailed-oriented 
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to effectively generate data-driven insights and navigate through webs of raw data points 
  • Versatile and open to different tasks & roles depending on the teams needs 
  • Great team player, positive attitude with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced digital industry 
  • Passionate about Technology, Digital Transformation, eCommerce, Marketing Automation, and other digitalization trends in China & Asia markets
