About the job Pre-sales Assistant (VN)
Responsibilities
- Build highly tailor-made & illustrative Sales & Strategy proposals to win the clients
- Work with Strategy team, IT team and Design team to clarify scope & requirements
- Conduct market research to gather information and insights that strengthen proposal content
- Develop visually appealing and impactful presentation decks to showcase our products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the visual representation of complex ideas.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support the Pre-Sales team in strategic decision-making.
- Other ad-hoc requests by management
Requirements
As an A-player, you will be/have:
- Final year / Fresh graduate, or 1 year of experience preferably in Business / CRM / Digital or relevant fields
- Great command of English (speaking, writing, listening, reading) to facilitate cross-border interactions and discussions
- Excellent attention to details / detailed-oriented
- Ability to translate complex technology process / concepts into meaningful solutions that address business needs
- Ability to efficiently create Keynote/PowerPoint presentations that are both visually pleasing and directly on-point.
- Quick learner, adaptive to difficult digital concepts and workflows
- Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Versatile and open to different tasks & roles depending on the teams needs
- Great team player, positive attitude with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced digital industry
- Passionate about Technology, Digital Transformation, eCommerce, Marketing Automation, and other digitalization trends in China & Asia markets
Nice to have:
- Experienced with Excel, Advanced Excel, PowerBI, and other analytics tools
- Existing knowledge or previous experience with China market is highly regarded
- Knowledge of Mandarin (speaking + listening + writing skills) is a great plus
- Knowledge about the digital landscape, Marketing Automation, CDP, CRM, eCommerce, WeChat, WeCom, Magento, Drupal, Laravel, WordPress, etc
- Efficiency in visualization tools (Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, etc)
Other Information:
- Report to Head of Sales & Client Engagement
- Work in a team of 4-5 consultants, including Digital & Marketing Consultant with support of Design + Strategy & Consulting + Tech team
- Location: SH & HCM office
- Main market: Mainland China & APAC
