About You
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to join our team as Pre-Sales Director. This pivotal role within our Strategy and Consulting team will directly contribute to driving the growth of our organization.
You are an experienced consultant with a deep understanding of digital transformation in the Chinese market. Your expertise spans CRM (salesforce), Marketing Automation, Clienteling, and crafting ROI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
- Sell projects ranging from Salesforce implementation and consulting, to Digital transformation consulting mission, sCRM, Clienteling, CDP
- Ensure we show value and convert opportunities at the right price in order to ensure company growth and profitability
- Lead, manage, and assist Pre-sales team to develop and execute digital transformation strategies, keynotes, proposals, strategies.
- Lead sales initiative to ensure sales targets are hit on a monthly-quarterly-yearly basis
- Handle RFP & RFQ efficiently; lead the sales team to submit RFP & RFQ on time
- Lead client-facing meetings: from pre-sales, to pitching, to negotiating & escalating.
- Develop new business (+ upsell / cross-sell) with existing clients, partners and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client & partner relationships
- Organize and manage workshops with key clients
- Public speaking at various chambers of commerce
- Identify and research potential partners, both regionally (APAC) and China specifically
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of clientn leads, from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).
- Lead the sales team to identify opportunities and address challenges in partner-driven revenue generation.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support partnership-related marketing initiatives.
- Provide input on marketing collateral, campaigns, and events that involve partners.
- Continuously assess and improve efficiency in lead conversion and partner engagement.
- Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly Sales reports
- Manage & ensure lead-contact-opportunities are updated properly on the CRM
- Provide regular financial reports and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Continuously research industry trends and technologies while implementing best practices to streamline workflows and enhance performance.
- Help grow the Department service offerings by researching, analyzing, and learning the latest software & tools available in Chinese market pertinent for our business
Requirements
Must have:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a leadership role as Consultant, pre-sales, account manager within a digital transformation consultancy or relevant industry.
- Salesforce certifications is a Major Plus
- Excellent understanding of sales and marketing processes.
- Great public speaker
- Proven track record of hitting sales goals
- Proactivity, detailed orientation, strong analysis, critical thinking, and solution designing skills
- Excellent English ability
- Ability to connect the dots and figure things out
- Demonstrated experience and ability to deal with RFP (request for proposals) and RFQ (request for quotation)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot), and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Advanced Keynote/PowerPoint and visualization skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Keen interest in technology and understand how it can be used to enable business processes
- Working experience and knowledge in the related IT field are expected for this position, preferably in: Consulting; Project Management; CRM; Cloud technologies; System integration
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong negotiation and strategic decision-making skills
- Strong adaptability skill
