About This Position
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Level 3 Azure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Azure technologies and DevOps practices. This role will be responsible for providing escalated technical support, resolving complex incidents, and contributing to the overall stability and optimization of our clients Azure environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 technical support for Azure-related issues, serving as the escalation point for unresolved incidents and problems.
- Design, implement, and maintain solutions utilizing Azure Service Bus for messaging and integration purposes.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of incidents and problems, identifying root causes and implementing permanent solutions.
- Collaborate with Level 2 engineers to provide guidance and mentorship on resolving complex technical challenges.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact service availability or performance.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for Azure systems and processes.
- Stay abreast of the latest Azure technologies, best practices, and security protocols through continuous learning and self-development.
- Participate in occasional on-call rotations to provide critical systems support during non- business hours, ensuring business continuity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure technologies, with a strong understanding of core services and functionalities.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex Level 3 technical issues in Azure environments.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and experience applying them in cloud environments.
- Experience with server management, including operating system administration (Linux/Windows), web server configuration, and database management.
- Familiarity with resource monitoring tools and techniques to track key performance indicators and identify potential bottlenecks. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) would be a significant advantage.
