Responsibilities

Marketing (70%)

  • Collaborate with different departments: Design, Strategy & Consulting, IT to create effective content on topics such as eCommerce, Marketing Automation, Clienteling, CRM, China Digital Landscape, etc.
  • Help plan content publishing calendar, create, and publish engaging long- and short-form content for our main channels, including: ITC Website Blog and Projects (case studies), LinkedIn, Newsletter, Whitepaper/Report, WeChat Official Account, Youtube, and partners channels.
  • Provide detailed reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement
  • Create meaningful, visualized dashboards with insightful recommendations based on tracked data of marketing performance across all channels
  • Help plan, develop, and implement SEO and SEM activities, including recommending changes to the website architecture, content, keyword placement and density, linking, and other factors
  • Constant engagement in content strategy, keyword strategy, and link building
  • Support ITC event organization and promotion activities to generate leads and boost visibility
  • Implement other branding activities

LinkedIn Lead Generation / Lead Qualification to attract new business opportunities (20%)

  • Implement daily outbound communications via LinkedIn to targeted potential leads in order to plan meetings to explore partnership synergies
  • Attend & assist lead qualification communication and meetings with meeting summaries
  • Assist in strategic planning, analysis and implementation for LinkedIn lead generation activities

CRM Management & Reporting (10%)

  • Take ownership of CRM activities and regular updates for lead management
  • Ensure the systems and processes are properly respected
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement that deliver competitive advantage for ITC in terms of service offerings, scalability, simplicity, and cost
  • Use Excel or other analytics tools to run pivot tables, identify trends and propose action courses to further enhance companys activities

Requirements

As an A-player, you will be/have:

  • Current studying in Marketing / Digital or relevant fields
  • Able to commit at least 4 days/week, for over 2 months
  • Strong communication in English (speaking, writing, listening, reading) and researching skills to facilitate cross-border discussions and content writing
  • Great visualization skills
  • Excellent attention to details / detailed-oriented
  • Quick learner, adaptive to difficult digital concepts and workflows
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experienced with Excel, Advanced Excel, PowerBI, and other analytics tools
  • Versatile and open to different tasks & roles depending on the teams needs
  • Great team player, positive attitude with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced digital industry
  • Passionate about Technology, Digital Transformation, eCommerce, Marketing Automation, and other digitalization trends in China & Asia markets

Nice to have:

  • Existing knowledge or previous experience with China market is highly regarded
  • Knowledge of Mandarin (speaking + listening + writing skills) is a great plus
  • Knowledge about the digital landscape, Marketing Automation, CDP, CRM, eCommerce, WeChat, WeCom, Magento, Drupal, Laravel, WordPress, etc
  • Familiar with WordPress CMS backend
