About This Position
This position is requiring a high level of proactivity and a self-driven mindset. You will be placed in ITC Sales & Pre-sales Department, delivering on our digital transformation services and communicating directly with the clients mainly in English. In addition, you will also help our Consulting team on their strategy proposals to win more deals.
We are a team of highly-proactive individuals that work seamlessly as a team, supporting one another for continuous growth and knowledge building. We place strong emphasis on investing in our teammates progression over time. And such, we are looking for an A-player that can really contribute to the team with innovative ideas and strategic value.
Our services target Mainland China as the key market and other Asian markets such as Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong. Therefore, the channels that were targeting can be different, but with a global outreach.
Responsibilities
- Build highly tailor-made & illustrative Sales & Strategy proposals to win the clients
- Work with IT team and Design team to clarify scope & requirements
- Conduct market research to gather information and insights that strengthen proposal content
- Develop visually appealing and impactful presentation decks to showcase our products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the visual representation of complex ideas.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support the Pre-Sales team in strategic decision-making.
- Other ad-hoc requests by management
Requirements
As an A-player, you will be/have:
- Great command of English (speaking, writing, listening, reading) to facilitate cross-border interactions and discussions
- Excellent attention to details / detailed-oriented
- Ability to translate complex technology process / concepts into meaningful solutions that address business needs
- Ability to efficiently create Keynote/PowerPoint presentations that are both visually pleasing and directly on-point.
- Quick learner, adaptive to difficult digital concepts and workflows
- Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Versatile and open to different tasks & roles depending on the teams needs
- Great team player, positive attitude with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced digital industry
Nice to have:
- Experienced with Excel, Advanced Excel, PowerBI, and other analytics tools
- Existing knowledge or previous experience with China market is highly regarded
- Knowledge about the digital landscape, Marketing Automation, CDP, CRM, eCommerce, WeChat, WeCom, Magento, Drupal, Laravel, WordPress, etc...
- Efficiency in visualization tools (Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, etc)
