About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our team as the Senior Account Manager. This position will play a key role in the Pre-sales team, managing partner relationships, and driving partner-related initiatives to support the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Director to lead the pre-sales team.
- Ensure sales targets are hit on a monthly-quarterly-yearly basis
- Handle RFP & RFQ efficiently; lead the sales team to submit RFP & RFQ on time
- Lead client-facing meetings: from pre-sales, to pitching, to negotiating & escalating.
- Develop new business (+ upsell / cross-sell) with existing clients, partners and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client & partner relationships
- Identify and research potential partners, both regionally (APAC) and China specifically
- Evaluate partnership opportunities and negotiate agreements to align with ITC business objectives
- Develop a comprehensive partnership & account strategy and roadmap
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of partner leads, from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).
- Implement lead scoring and qualification processes to ensure efficient lead management.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive partner sales growth.
- Lead the sales team to identify opportunities and address challenges in partner-driven revenue generation.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support partnership-related marketing initiatives.
- Provide input on marketing collateral, campaigns, and events that involve partners.
- Establish and optimize processes related to lead and partner management.
- Continuously assess and improve efficiency in lead conversion and partner engagement.
- Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly Sales reports
- Manage & ensure lead-contact-opportunities are updated properly on the CRM
Requirements
Must have:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in pre-sales, partner management, account management or related areas.
- Excellent understanding of sales and marketing processes.
- Proven track record of hitting sales goals
- Proactivity, detailed orientation, strong analysis, critical thinking, and solution designing skills
- Excellent English ability across all 4 skills and publics speaking
- Ability to connect the dots and figure things out
- Demonstrated experience and ability to deal with RFP (request for proposals) and RFQ (request for quotation)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot), and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Advanced Keynote/PowerPoint and visualization skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Working experience and knowledge in the related IT field are expected for this position, preferably in: Consulting; Project Management; CRM; Cloud technologies; System integration
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Keen interest in technology and understand how it can be used to enable business processes;
- Flexible and dynamic team player
- Comfortable in new environments and are not afraid to speak up
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Mandarin (listening + speaking + writing) is a plus
- Client engagement experience and existing knowledge about China and APAC region is highly regarded
- Google Analytics certification
- Use of Tableau
- Digital experience systems like Adobe Campaigns or Dot Digital or equivalent
- Experience with Digital transformation/Marketing automation/WeCom/Omnichannel user journeys is a plus.
