  • Executing comprehensive client-telling roadmaps, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty like Moncler, Margiela, Moschino, Christies. In the process ITC trained more than 2,000 Sales Associates
  • Pioneering Salesforce projects for luxury brands in China, notably with LVMH and other fashion groups
  • Contributing to significant eCommerce growth through bespoke website revamps for prominent clients for the top luxury and fashion brands in China and APAC
  • Facilitating remarkable visibility and revenue growth in private traffic areas for top-tier brands.
  • Helping some Fast Fashion Brands growing above 10,000 orders a day
  • Helping brands like Hublot, Omega, Fred drive sales in China through best-in-Class Mini Program
  • Expanding The Hour Glass's presence across 9 APAC markets.
  • Developing and maintaining successful Mini Programs, enhancing brand reach and customer experience.

About This Position

This position is requiring a high level of proactivity and a self-driven mindset. In this role, your main goal is uniquely integrated between Pre-Sales, Production & Strategy Consulting delivering on our digital transformation services and communicating directly with the clients mainly in English. In addition, you will also help our Consulting team on their strategy proposals to win more deals.

We are a team of highly-proactive individuals that work seamlessly as a team, supporting one another for continuous growth and knowledge building. And such, we are looking for an A-player that can really contribute to the team with innovative ideas and strategic value.

Our services target APAC as the key market and other Asian markets such as Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong. Therefore, the channels that were targeting can be different, but with a global outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Build highly tailor-made & illustrative technical proposals to showcase our products and services to win the clients
  • Assist in preparing scope of work (SOWs), and bill of quantities (BOQs)
  • Work with IT team and Design team to clarify scope & requirements
  • Conduct market research to gather information and insights that strengthen proposal content
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the visual representation of complex ideas.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support the Pre-Sales team in strategic decision-making.
  • Use CRM and leverage data to generate sales & nurture existing clients
  • Other ad-hoc requests by management

Requirements

As an A-player, you will be/have:

  • Great command of English (speaking, writing, listening, reading) to facilitate cross-border interactions and discussions
  • Current studying or final year in IT / Digital or relevant fields
  • Excellent attention to details / detailed-oriented
  • Ability to translate complex technology process / concepts into meaningful solutions that address business needs
  • Ability to efficiently create Keynote/PowerPoint presentations that are both visually pleasing and directly on-point.
  • Quick learner, adaptive to difficult digital concepts and workflows
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Versatile and open to different tasks & roles depending on the teams needs
  • Great team player, positive attitude with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced digital industry

Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of:
    • Software development life cycle (SDLC).
    • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).
    • Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend concepts.
    • APIs and basic database knowledge (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
    • IT infrastructure fundamentals, including networking and servers.
  • Experienced with analytics tools (Excel, Advanced Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Experienced with CRM tools (Insightly, Salesforces, SAP, etc.)
  • Experienced with diagram tools (Freeform, Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio)
  • Experienced with CMS platform (Drupal, WordPress, etc.)
  • Efficiency in visualization tools (Keynote, MS Powerpoint, Figma, Adobe Ecosystem, etc.)
