Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, a strong understanding of best practices, and experience guiding cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce architecture solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
• Lead Salesforce implementation projects, overseeing system design, development, integration, and deployment.
• Optimize Salesforce configurations, data structures, and security models to meet business goals.
• Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, ensuring system quality and performance.
• Manage integrations with third-party tools and platforms, including MarTech, CRM, and eCommerce systems.
• Support the pre-sales team with technical guidance, scoping, and client presentations.
• Stay informed on the latest Salesforce updates and technologies, applying them to drive innovation.

Requirements

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proven ability to lead Salesforce projects from concept to delivery in an Agile environment.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect is a must.

Skills:

• Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft).
• Proficient in data modeling, security configurations, and automation workflows.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
