About This Position

This position requires a high level of proactivity and a self-driven mindset. You will be placed in ITC Marketing Department, promoting ITCs visibility - further solidifying ourselves as a trusted China market expert - via direct communication (in English) with our target audiences (Fortune 500s and C-levels) on various B2B channels to, ultimately, drive lead generation for ITC.

Our services target Mainland China as the key market and other Asian markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau. Therefore, the channels that were targeting can be different, but with a global outreach. All the more reasons why were looking for an A Player!

Responsibilities

Marketing (70%)

  • Collaborate with different departments: Strategy & Consulting, Tech, and Design to suggest content strategy and create effective content on topics such as eCommerce, Marketing Automation, Clienteling, CRM, China Digital Landscape, etc.
  • Help plan content publishing calendar, create, and publish engaging long- and short-form content for our main channels, including: ITC Website Blog and Projects (case studies), LinkedIn, Newsletter, Whitepaper/Report, WeChat, and partners channels and industry publications.
  • Help plan, develop, and implement SEO and PPC activities, including recommending changes to the website architecture, content, keyword placement and density, linking, and other factors.
  • Deliver detailed marketing KPI reports (lead generation, website traffic, social media engagement) with visualized dashboards and actionable insights across all channels.
  • Support ITC event organization and promotions
  • Implement other branding activities.

LinkedIn Lead Generation / Lead Qualification to attract new business opportunities (20%)

  • Implement daily outbound communications via LinkedIn to targeted potential leads in order to plan meetings to explore partnership synergies
  • Attend & assist lead qualification communication and meetings with meeting summaries
  • Assist in strategic planning, analysis and implementation for LinkedIn lead generation activities

CRM Management & Reporting (10%)

  • Take ownership of CRM and Email Marketing System updates for lead management, ensuring the systems and processes are properly respected.
  • Use Excel or other analytics tools to identify trends and propose action courses to further enhance companys activities

Requirements

This is an ideal position for a candidate interested in becoming the top editor and B2B digital marketer. As an A-Player, you will have:

  • 1 3 years of experience and a degree in Marketing, Journalism, or any Business-related field
  • Strong communication in English and Chinese (speaking, writing, listening, reading) and researching and editing skills to facilitate cross-border discussions and content writing
  • Great visualization skills(e.g., in social content, Keynote/Powerpoint presentations)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Quick learning ability - adaptivity to difficult digital concepts and workflows
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for different storytelling approaches for engaging long-form and short-form content on different channels
  • Great team player, positive attitude with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced digital industry
  • Interest in the latest trends in Technology, Digital Transformation, eCommerce, Marketing Automation, CRM... in China & Asia markets

Nice to have:

  • Existing knowledge or previous experience with China market and the digital landscape (Marketing Automation, CRM, E-Commerce, WeChat, WeCom Clienteling, Magento, Drupal, WordPress, Laravel...) is highly regarded
  • Efficiency in visualization tools (e.g., Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS backend
  • Knowledge of SEO
