Our client is a sizable Biotech Device manufacturer. They are looking for a high caliber Regional Key Account Manager to join their team.

Your role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and key account manager for strategic clients in the Asia Pacific market, focusing on capital devices.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and maximize business opportunities within assigned key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic action plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing expert guidance on capital devices.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competitors in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Track key account metrics, deliver compelling presentations, and collaborate on tailored marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any medical discipline
  • Minimum 5 years regional sales experience to the Medical Device industry; Capital device experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with good interpersonal skills and innovative mind-sets;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 20-50% travel required
