Engineer - Printer

Responsibilities:

Job Highlights

• Printer problem solving, troubleshooting
• Printer repair, bigfix, parts replacement.
• Printer maintains, health check, remote monitor
• Printer BIOS update/upgrade
• Inventory update and record
• Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assign.

Requirements:

Immediate Available is an advantage

• Experience in HP Printing service and support
  • E.g. JetAdmin, Printing console, Remote support and monitor tools
• Strong communication skills are required
• Proactive, Independent, and able to work under pressure

Academics:

• Certificated/Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
