About the job HR & Admin officer
Key responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations, etc
- Assist in on month end closure, including financial analysis and document filing
- Support the Director on business planning, Material research proposal writing and operational improvements
Key Requirements
Must-have:
- Degree holder or above in HR, Business Administration or related/ equivalent discipline.
- Non-Degree holder but in good English language/ communication skills will still be considered.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience
- Excellent command of WRITTEN English and Chinese (Cantonese) is a MUST
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong HR sense is an advantage
Good-to-have:
- Familiar with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
- Less HR experience but in good communication skills will also be considered
